Before I start let me introduce myself to you……My Name is Dan ……Dan Rabbithole….
And no…! This
is not the name I have been given by birth this is my real name as a human
being. Why is this important you may ask! That is the exact reason why I am writing to
you! I promise that will try my best to explain it to you! Let me begin by saying a few words. ”I am not here to tell what and how to think
and I am not trying to push my own agenda in the hope that I may gain your
popularity for political or another sell fish gain! The truth is that I am
going to be completely honest with you I am only asking questions and leave it
to you to answer them according to your own moral or ethical believes! The
Topic is the HOUSE-HOLD CHARGE and THE REGISTERING OF PROPERTY in Ireland as
proposed or prescribed by Minister for environment MR.PHIL HOGAN. My first
question to you is this:

Are
you going to pay this Household Charge or not?
If… You are one of the many who decided not pay this Charge than I recommend with my greatest amount of sympathy, that If you don’t wish to pay this charge you got to stop listen to people who tell you that you have to pay this charge, but more importantly You got to stop listening to the people who tell You not to pay this charge but don’t tell you how to do this properly. Instead they encourage you not to go and register and not to pay the charge and leave you as sacrificial offerings to the LAW which is waiting already with big euro signs in its eyes to feed of the ignorance of the masses! You got to stop and listen what other people want You to think…and start thinking for Yourself! There is somewhere hidden in plain sight a strange and peculiar document which when an individual cares to read through it, reveals a great insight about Us and who we are….No it is not the Bible….This document is called
THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS!
If you care to read this precious document (I will leave a link in the FB comment box to this Document) than something amazing becomes immediately clear to us! As I said to you already I am not going to think for you so therefore I will leave the process of reading this document to yourself, but I will offer my very own humble interpretation what this document states! (Please note that this is my own opinion and any input on that is welcome) The Universal declaration of Human Rights states that every Man/Woman is equal upon the face of the earth…We are free to do what we want, as long We do not cause harm to one another! This is the Birth right of every Human being on this planet! However something happens at birth that presumes something complete different and this something happens the moment our parents register Us at the Live Birth Registry! The very same moment Your Parents register You in the live birth registry office to obtain a birth certificate, You the Human Being is registered in the live registry and becomes a new members of a system and is not a human being anymore rather a presumed trustee who trusts this system to take care of him! Remember that this is done by your parents! Once Your name is registered in the live registry something quite astonishing and absurd happens I will try and explain it to you with the use of My own name! Before I am registered I am (according to my parents) Benjamin Keil, a human being, but after I have been registered in the Live Registry I am BENJAMIN KEIL (all letters capital) still a human being however a presumed member of a system who allows this system to “TAKE CARE” of him! This system is governed by Governments who prescribe certain LAWS onto Its presumed members of their system , and quite correctly can presume that the Person BENJAMIN KEIL is responsible to recognize their prescribed terms of conduct! Before I continue I want to give the legal definition of law so that it may become a little clearer, to you what law is and why it can do what it does at this present time!
The legal definition of law is as follows:
“A body of rules of conduct of binding legal force and effect, prescribed, recognized, and enforced by controlling authority.”
Governments Prescribe Law presumed members of their system Recognize Law, Public Servants (Garda) are Enforcing the law as a controlling Authority!
You may want to write this down because this is truly a revealing definition!
So… we know that once, we register at the live registry office we are becoming a member of a system and our name Changes to Benjamin Keil, to BENJAMIN KEIL all letters capital!
BENJAMIN KEIL is a presumed member of a system and BENJAMIN KEIL therefore must recognize the law of this system. So far so good…..But what happened if Benjamin Keil the human being as named by his parents refuses to acknowledge that his name is BENJAMIN KEIL????? Well….this is exactly what I have done and I renamed myself to Dan Rabbithole! I am Dan Rabbithole and I will tell you know the greatest secret and scam they pulled over our eyes and trying to continue to do,.. ever since the first man proclaimed himself the standing authority of God! You are a member of a system and this system asks You,.. to recognise certain laws and regulations, They are trying to convince you that these laws are for the wellbeing of All, and despite the fact that some may disagree this might be in various degrees is quite right! This system has its foundation similar to a pyramid, We have the
1. Administrators of this system (People performing government duties ministers)
2. Beneficiaries (People that benefit from the administrated subjects, HOUSE HOLD CHARGE etc. note here that there are two beneficiaries You as member of that system, and the Public servants Garda, District Court Judge as employee) more on that in a little while!
3. Trustees the presumed members of the system You/Me who are registered in the system and therefore thought to agree to what is prescribed!
The Administrator sits at the top of the pyramid the Beneficiary and the Trustee at the bottom!
When You as the Trustee of this triangle or a member of this system BENJAMIN KEIL all letters capitalized are being summoned to Court for a civil offence such not paying a parking ticket or not paying the household charge for that matter, An internal process unfolds and this process runs as follows! The administrator in this case Mr PHIL HOGAN will with help of his Beneficiary (Public Servant) Garda , enforce his prescribed terms of conduct and the Public servant than writes out a summon in which the ACCUSED Named BENJAMIN KEIL all letters capitalized, is being asked to attend a court hearing in the District Court where a Judge than is being asked to give his judgement to the matter! If You as a member of this system Identifies himself as the Accused named BENJAMIN KEIL the trustee of this system than the District Court Judge has all he need to give out his sentence. In short by you agreeing to be Benjamin Keil ,the human being and the presumed trustee BENJAMIN KEIL as member of the system, you automatically confessed to have recognized but not enforced Mr PHIL HOGANS prescribed terms of conduct……You have broken a contract agreement! You become a Public servant the very moment you are being fined or convicted…. Why that is too simple to be true. We, according to the Universal Declaration Of Human Rights are free and equal beings and free to do what we want…. As long we do not cause harm to each other! The Legal definition of law is as follows:

Three words: Recognized????? By whom I am free to do whatever I want?
Prescribed?????? By whom I am free to do whatever I want?
Enforced??????? By whom I am free to do whatever I want?
So to avoid such nasty questions You are being held as presumed Trustee within a system that according to its laws can prescribe and enforce anything it wants as long the trustee stays trustee!
So How to tell them that I am not a Trustee?..... That is the difficult part because every Identification card you own such as drivers Licence and passports, all these identification methods have Your name all written in Capitalized letters therefore you are acknowledging the very minute You hand over your Id’s to enforcing officers, that you are a member and a presumed trustee in this system, the Garda will then have enough evidence and proof that he can start prosecution, and right here is our key to freedom and liberty! You got to understand that Once a investigating Officer Garda knows that you are a member and a presumed trustee within the system he knows that You are under the Authority of the Administrator Mr PHIL HOGAN and the Garda as enforcing Authority for Mr PHIL HOGAN considers You at this present moment Not as a member or trustee of this system anymore but as a Public Servant who Works for Mr PHIL HOGAN…..Get it…???? the investigating Garda always makes sure first WHO You are by asking for identification, he needs the Name all Capitalized to satisfy to himself that he can prosecute the individual as Public Servant or employee under the Administrators Authority otherwise the individual is protected by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and is allowed to do what he wishes to do… as long he causes no harm to anyone!
So once again how are dealing with this problem???? The answer is quite simple and if you have read with attention than you would have noticed that I have used more than once the words presumed in this article! That is all there is to know!
You are being presumed to be a Member of this system that recognizes prescribed terms of conduct of the Administrating authority inside this system! Or more precise:
“The Administrating Authority presumes that You are recognizing their terms of conduct as a member of their system!”
PRESUMPTIONS As long they know that You are the member or trustee within this system they can do what they want, But if You tell them That You are not the Trustee within this system rather the Administrator and Beneficiary at the same time, than you can appoint yourself to be the managing director or Administrating Authority! At this point Government and Ministers Work for You….You are still a member of this system, but not the presumed trustee rather the Administrating Authority! The key to doing this is not to give anything to the investigating officers that allows them to presume that you are a trustee within this system Do not tell them Your Name before they have acknowledge that You are the Administrator Beneficiary Managing Director, Never give them you Id or Driver’s License, Always state that you are the Administrator Beneficiary Managing Director You do not recognise Mr PHIL HOGANS terms of conduct NO CONTRACT. Should You however be called to the District Court remember that before You identify Yourself, You Have to identify the Judge at first….He is there two negotiate between two parties, If he Presumes that You are a public trustee he has no other choice than to presume that you have recognized Mr PHIL HOGANS Terms of conduct, You got to make it very clear that he is here to serve You today ,not Mr PHIL HOGAN, You are always protected by the Universal declaration of Human rights, bring it in to court ask the Judge Do you recognise the Universal declaration of human Rights as a legal and valid document.. do that before You say anything else!
Than if the Judges asks You What is your name You got to tell him that You are the Administrator Beneficiary Managing Director and that you are willing to tell him your name if the Judge identifies himself to You as a Public trustee! Once he has done that, You have all space to explain that you do not want to recognise the prescribed terms of conduct by Mr PHIL HOGAN ….
I advise that You should let Mr PHIL HOGAN know at first by writing to him in person that as the Administrator Beneficiary Managing Director, You do not recognise his terms of conduct, and if he has any objections to that he can respond to you by giving you proof’s to the claim for something You cannot do, and proof to the claim that You are Public Servant! Do this by registered mail just in case he pretends that he never received your letter! I will publish shortly a version of this letter how this letter should be written I am still awaiting a response. I gave him a deadline of seven days! Once I have satisfactory established that my letter was BULLET PROOF I will publish a copy here on this page or on my FB page for everyone to download for 400.0000 euro…Ok I am only kidding of course for free!
This is not going to be easy but this is the only way how we can start to stand up for ourselves and take back what is ours! Some people may say after reading that this is a highly ethical issue and Law should always prevail. To You I say You are right and by the Universal Declaration of Human rights we are protected against any violation against the Law that may cause us harm. I am a vivid living being who prefers to live in the know when I look at my world around me and the state it is in I am asking you simply this question:” Has anyone ever considered Ethics or morals for that matter for the last 2000 years???” I am absolutely honest with you by saying, that if a person who arguments with ethics when it comes to the things written herein I can only look at him with pity and say to him in my mind, “I am Dan Rabbithole and You sir are an asshole! Of course at the same time I’ll be silently laughing my on its own thinking head off my shoulders.
